Huge numbers of fish abound in this match angler’s paradise where pole fishing tactics are the order of the day.

Match weights to 80lb are common place with the current 5 hour match record standing at 140lb.
The lake is split into two sections with the first section offering 60 pegs for matches and the second section 40 pegs for day tickets anglers.
It is an ideal venue for angling tuition especially for children, we offer concessionary tickets for tuition and Mid Kent Fisheries has two fully qualified anglers coaches who offer tuition to all age groups.

All our venues apart from Match Lake are only available to members. Please check with our office for the availability of day tickets for Match Lake

Our fishing sites are on private land and often shared with other amenities or industrial areas such as working quarries. Requests for permission to access to view these sites should be made to the fisheries manager Chris Logsdon.
