This mature gravel pit, dug in the late 1960s, provides good all round fishing with multiple Carp captures possible and good Bream, Tench and Roach fishing. A good venue for both specimen and pleasure anglers.

Directions
Take M2 to Faversham, leave at Jct 6 (Faversham-Ashford). Turn towards Faversham and proceed to A2. Turn left on A2 towards Sittingbourne. At first roundabout, turn right into Western Link Road with old brickyard on right. Go down the road past Brett's offices until you see Wood Pool on the left.

At the end of this lake there is a pull-in and a gate. Unlock gate and go up the track until you see a fork in the road. Take left-hand fork and park car between Mill Pool and Wood Pool at the end of the track.
